About Kevin Mitchell
Kevin is a licensed professional engineer in 3 states (VA, MD, & ME), and his experience includes 27 years of heavy civil construction management and 13 years of civil engineering consulting. He has supervised and managed a multitude of construction projects totaling over $200 million dollars. These projects have ranged from wharfs, docks, piers, and buildings, to bridges, dams, and water treatment plants.
