About Kevin Mitchell
Kevin is a licensed professional engineer in 3 states (VA, MD, & ME), and his experience includes 27 years of heavy civil construction management and 9 years of civil engineering consulting. He has supervised and managed a multitude of construction projects totaling over $200 million dollars. These projects have ranged from wharfs, docks, piers, and buildings, to bridges, dams, and water treatment plants.
Kevin is a University of Maine Alumni (Civil Engineering) who enjoys swimming, hiking, and fly fishing.
Civil Solutions, LLC provides services in two major areas of Civil Engineering: Construction Management and Structural Engineering (Permanent Design and Temporary Construction Design).
