Kevin Mitchell as Corman Project Manager provided admirable leadership and expertise in directing this complex and, for HRT, important work. It was essential for the project and HRT to coordinate and communicate closely on various tasks at hand at any point during the contract. Mr. Mitchell not only accomplished that on Corman’s side but performed his work with professionalism, attention to detail, and expertise that was impressive. This occurred on both the business and construction sides of the project.

I am very satisfied with the professional and personal performance of Kevin Mitchell, P.E. as an engineer and as a Project Manager and would happily enter into future construction contracts in which he would be the contractors’ team leader.

We have received good cooperation from the supervision of the civil works package and any and all problems identified on a daily basis have been addressed promptly.
